We can come along and provide a 45 minute FUN dance session at your little one’s birthday party.

The birthday boy / girl receives
* A dancingtots t-shirt and water bottle
* A dancingtots birthday card and balloon
* Helium balloon (party themed were possible)

In addition, all children participating receive a dancingtots pin badge and a voucher entitling them to a FREE class should they subsequently enrol in our classes.

We facilitate a themed dance (agreed at the time of booking)
party game(s) and a series of known party dances to project a FUN and enjoyable atmosphere....
parents are also welcome to join in!

£75 - up to 25 children
£100 - 26 children or more
Organisers to hire venue and provide food, drinks, birthday cake, party bags and music following the dance session

2 hour session coverage:
£100 - up to 25 children
£125 - 26 children or more
Organisers to hire venue and provide food, drinks, birthday cake, party bags and pass the parcel prize

Party invitations can be provided on receipt of your booking.

Although the majority of our party bookings are for birthdays, we can attend any celebration, for example a christening or a wedding. If you are looking for children to be entertained for 45 minutes we are happy to come along and help.

For parties on Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas & New Year please contact us for pricing and availability.

Bookings
* To reserve your booking, either complete an enquiry form located on our 'contact us' page, or call Sharon 07834 612303
* We will tentatively reserve your booking for 10 working days, discuss your requirements and provide you with a booking form for completion
* On receipt of your booking form, we will provide you with party invitations for distribution
* A couple of days prior to the booking we will contact you again to confirm details however, remain at your disposal should you have any questions at anytime

Conditions of booking:-
* Party room should be able to cater for the number of children participating, ensuring they have sufficient space to move around without injuring themselves.
* Parents remain responsible for the children and are more than welcome to join in throughout the session.
Cancellation Policy:-
* 100% > 3 months, 50% within 2-3 months, 25% within 1-2 months, no refund if cancellation within 1 calender month of scheduled booking.
* Dancingtots would always provide a 100% refund should we not be able to attend the booking (this has never happened to date).
